Meeting the vulnerable and painful parts of your story with tenderness and compassion

Meet Jessica

I have worked as a helping professional in Fort Worth, TX and the surrounding areas since 2008. I began in the profession working with children and families in crisis, and found a passion for supporting parents and caregivers to create a healing environment for their children. As I’ve developed as an individual and a professional, I have discovered a passion and gift for working with adults dealing with anxiety, grief, and trauma.

Through my own journey of healing from complex childhood trauma, I have discovered that I have a unique compassion for those who are still experiencing pain from places in their childhood where they have had needs go unmet for far too long. I genuinely love coming alongside others to help them to make sense out of their stories.

I am married with 2 amazing bonus kiddos. My husband and I value genuine connection and vulnerability in our relationship, along with a LOT of fun. We are nature lovers to our core, and are deeply refreshed by time outdoors. I am a stepparent to 2 amazing bonus kiddos, and I get to practice what I preach in my home every day. Our family prioritizes fun, honesty, connection, and adventure!

Professional Disclosure Statement

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I have been honored throughout the years to be able to come alongside families and individuals in times of crisis and struggle, and to be trusted to provide a safe, caring space for healing and growth. I have worked with families and individuals from very diverse backgrounds, and it is my goal to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to be all of who they are, and to explore that in an emotionally safe and supportive environment.

I am a believer in the power of empathy and human connection to bring about deep, powerful healing. I have witnessed this firsthand in my own personal journey as well as in the lives of many clients I have had the privilege to serve.  I have been blown away by the positive outcomes I’ve seen from clients who have been willing to take a leap of faith and do the difficult work in making changes in their lives.
